Responsible Sourcing

Sourcing that can withstand diligence.

Responsible, traceable sourcing is not a footnote here — it is the foundation of our credibility. Our approach is aligned to internationally recognised due-diligence standards.

Quantum Alliance sources high-grade gold in Africa exclusively through licensed, documented channels. We align our diligence to the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas and to the principles of the LBMA Responsible Gold Guidance, layered with anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing controls.

We do not publish source countries, routes or counterparties. This page describes our principles; operational detail is shared with regulators and qualified counterparties under appropriate confidentiality.

The OECD five-step framework

A documented, audited process.

  1. 01

    Management systems

A documented supply-chain policy, internal controls and record-keeping aligned to recognised standards.

  2. 02

    Identify & assess risk

Risk assessment across the chain of custody, including know-your-counterparty and origin diligence.

  3. 03

    Respond to risk

A risk-management strategy with escalation, mitigation and, where required, disengagement.

  4. 04

    Independent audit

    Third-party assurance of due-diligence practices.

  5. 05

    Report

Annual reporting on supply-chain due diligence.

Chain of custody

Documentation maintained from origin through refining and settlement, with independent assay at each stage.

KYC / AML / CFT

Every supplier and counterparty is screened before engagement and monitored thereafter.

Independent assurance

Due-diligence practices are subject to third-party audit.
